Complaint

Complaint is more than a person stating their displeasure to another.  A Complaint in the context of the law is how you start a lawsuit.  In Nebraska, it's the only form of lodging a lawsuit, see here.  When a person files their Complaint in an appropriate court and has it served on a party following Nebraska Statute, the Court then has jurisdiction over the Complaint and parties.  Please give our office a call if you have a matter that needs resolution or if you have been sued.  You can contact our office by clicking here.
